Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or utilizing our Interactive Project Planner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or planner tool.
2. Scope of Services
Infinytics provides custom digital product engineering, including:
- Web Application Development (Next.js, React, Node.js, databases).
- Mobile Application Development (iOS and Android).
- AI Agent Integration and custom natural language chatbot development.
- Business Process Automation (automating spreadsheets, integrations, and reports).
3. Non-Binding Estimates
Any timeline, speed-run prototyping schedule, or scope estimations displayed within our Interactive Project Planner or delivered in automated confirmation emails are non-binding estimates. They serve as diagnostic aids based on initial complexity. A binding scope and pricing plan will only exist once both parties execute a separate, written Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
4. AI-Driven Prototyping
We leverage advanced AI coding tools and automated drafting models to provide rapid prototyping speeds. By engaging us, you acknowledge and agree that our development pipeline incorporates computer-aided programming and code generation to optimize timelines and reduce engineering friction.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project's Statement of Work, all intellectual property rights, source code, and design assets developed by Infinytics for your custom application will remain our property until all corresponding contract milestones and invoices are settled in full. Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the client.
6. Hosting & SLA Limitations
If you opt for our managed hosting and production maintenance services, hosting is subject to the service level agreements (SLAs) of our cloud provider networks (e.g. AWS). Infinytics is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting outages, DNS propagation delays, or downstream network anomalies.
7. Modifications of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and denote the latest revision date. Continued engagement after changes constitute agreement to the modified terms.
